AUTOMATIC FILM CUTTING STATION
To keep the pallet anchored to the load and make it more stable, everything is usually wrapped with a plastic film which can represent an obstacle for the pallet change operation (see film wrapping station)
The automatic film cutting station eliminates the use of sharp objects by the operator, reducing the risk of accidents and maximizing line performance.
The plastic wraps the load and the pallet is cut on the side and under the base of the pallet, preparing it for the subsequent pallet change operations.

LOAD SHAPE AND POSITION CONTROL SYSTEM

AUTOMATIC CENTERING SYSTEM

The automatic centering system can be electric or pneumatic. The pallet centering operation is as follows:
1- When the pallet arrives with the product not centered, the centering system blocks the pallet
2- The product is divided from the original pallet according to the operation that the machine can perform

SLIP SHEET DISPENSER
