How Does the Pallet Exchange Cycle Work?

The operator positions the machine next to the load that needs to be transferred or split onto a new pallet. Once in place, the operator activates the two side platforms using the control panel to secure the product from the sides.

The side platforms are fitted with padded clamps to protect the product from any damage during lateral pressure. The pressure can be adjusted using a pressure gauge on the machine to accommodate the load’s specific characteristics.

Once the product is secured, the operator lifts it off the pallet and moves it to the new one. The load is then safely placed onto the new pallet.

The pallet exchange process ends with the secure placement of the load on the new pallet.
