This ergonomic solution, is the only machine on the market capable of assisting the operator with the insertion of freezer spacers. Due to its conveyors and a small robot positioned on the machine, it allows each layer to be separated to one another and insert the freezer spacers.

The operator inserts the load onto the machine’s platform, closes the upper compactor, and tilts the load up to 95°.”

At this point, the operator opens the upper compactor with the buttons detailed in the image

Once the upper compactor is slightly opened, the load can be shifted to the left since the motor controls all the rollers to the left of its position

Once all the freezer spacers are inserted, the operator closes the upper compactor

Once the insertion operation is finished, the operator returns the load back to its vertical position and the entire operation is completed.
