Description of the freezer spacer removal system
It is a fixed station for inserting and removing plastic separators from the freezer and for easy removal or insertion of pallets.
The “L-Shape Divider” can be used with many types of products weighing up to 3,300 pounds, with a maximum height of up to 83 inches.

Cycle description of the freezer spacer removal and insertion system
The operation of the freezer separator removal system takes place by tilting the load at 90° or 100°. In fact, the replacement of the pallet takes place thanks to the operator who transports the load with the pallet truck or forklift on the lower platform. By means of a control panel, the operator decides the start-up: the upper platform stops the product to allow the load to be tilted at 90° or 100°.
When the load is tipped sideways, the operator widens the upper compactor to separate the product from the pallet, or plastic separators for the freezer, removable by the operator.
The operator then inserts the new pallet, or freezer dividers, closes the compactor and returns the freezer divider extraction system to the initial position. The product will now be on the new pallet, ready for picking.
