The Falcon Wings Splitter is a portable layer lifter that can both separate product layers up to 1,300 mm and exchange pallets.
It uses extendable rails to ensure stability between the product and the pallet. Operation is extremely easy thanks to joystick control, and the machine is powered by a lead-acid battery. Available in both mobile and stationary versions.

Through a manual pressure gauge located on the right side of the machine, it is possible to adjust the pressure as needed.
Soft rubbed padding on the clamps ensures that the product is not damaged during the lateral pressing, providing a secure and gentle handling process.
Smooth and precise operation is possible thanks to the user-friendly controls, allowing operators of all skill levels to be productive with minimal practice.
Equipped with two cameras and dual screens, giving the operator a clear view as the blades are inserted between the base of the product and the pallet.
With an overall width of only 85.9″, Falcon Wings can easily drive through narrow passages while handling pallet-exchanging operation with ease.
Maintenance time is minimized as it is only necessary to grease easily accessible points for the linear guides.
Pallet Exchange & Layer Picking Cycle
The process is carried out by the operator together with the Falcon Wings Splitter.
The operator guides the machine to the load and activates the two side platforms via the control panel located on the machine. These platforms apply lateral pressure to the product and separate the desired layer.
The two side platforms are equipped with padded clamps to prevent product damage during the lateral pressure. The pressure can be adjusted (depending on the type of load) using a manometer on the machine.
The Falcon Wings Splitter is equipped with extendable rails that are inserted between the layers to provide better stability during lifting.
The process concludes when the desired layer (or the entire load in the case of a pallet exchange operation) is placed on the new pallet.
