Side Press Splitter is an electric-powered, mobile pallet changer designed for both pallet exchange and layer separation from the load. It’s ideal for small warehouses without dedicated pallet-changing areas.

Smooth and precise operation is possible thanks to the user-friendly controls, allowing operators of all skill levels to be productive with minimal practice.
Maintenance time is minimized as it is only necessary to grease easily accessible points for both linear guides.
Soft rubbed padding on the clamps ensures that the product is not damaged during the lateral pressing, providing a secure and gentle handling process.
Through a manual pressure gauge located on the right side of the machine, it is possible to adjust the pressure as needed
Pallet Exchange & Layer Picking Cycle
The operator positions the machine next to the load that needs to be transferred or split onto a new pallet. Once in place, the operator activates the two side platforms using the control panel to secure the product from the sides.
The side platforms are fitted with padded clamps to protect the product from any damage during lateral pressure. The pressure can be adjusted using a pressure gauge on the machine to accommodate the load’s specific characteristics.
Once the product is secured, the operator lifts it off the pallet and moves it to the new one. The load is then safely placed onto the new pallet.
The pallet exchange process ends with the secure placement of the load on the new pallet.
