Operating cycle
1. Load Infeed & Positioning
The load on the captive pallet enters the system and is automatically positioned at the Pac-Man infeed station.
2. Load Stabilization & Clamping
The upper compactor secures the load from the top, while the system locks both pallets in position to ensure maximum stability.
3. Tilting & Pallet Exchange
The system tilts the load up to 180°, allowing the original pallet to be replaced with the destination pallet safely and efficiently.
4. Outfeed & Pallet Management
The load is placed onto the new pallet and conveyed out, while the empty pallet is automatically transferred to the stacker, ready for the next cycle.
