Eagle Mover® is a patented stationary pallet exchanger, engineered from over 45 years of expertise in pallet changing technology.
Its operation is entirely mechanical, with no electricity, pneumatics, or hydraulics, yet it delivers a highly refined and intelligent process designed to ensure maximum reliability and product safety.
The cycle begins with the operator positioning the full unit load inside the machine. The destination pallet is then introduced from the long side and guided over micro-rollers, which allow the original pallet to be smoothly extracted while the new one is precisely inserted beneath the load, minimizing friction and preserving load integrity.
Once the transfer is complete, the original pallet is automatically redirected behind the machine and mechanically returned to the front through an integrated pallet return system, ensuring a continuous and efficient workflow.
