It’s called Pantera because it “grabs” the product from all sides, just like a panther seizing its prey with its paws.
The load splitting cycle is very simple: place the load inside the machine and position the empty pallet next to it, and the machine will automatically handle the splitting process!
Soft neoprene foam padding on the clamps ensures that the product is not damaged during the lateral pressing, providing a secure and gentle handling process.
It’s designed to be highly versatile, capable of handling a wide range of loads, including bags, big bags, boxes, drums, bottles, cans, vials, and many other products. It is also capable of handling heavy and bulky loads!
The operator places the entire load into the machine, along with an empty pallet.
Once the load is securely positioned, the operator activates the four side presses using the control panel located next to the machine. Through the control panel, the operator selects where to lift the load.
The machine then autonomously carries out the pallet change or the splitting of the load. The empty pallet is automatically raised to the correct height to facilitate the transfer.
The process ends with the removal of the entire load using a forklift or a pallet truck.
